Pathetic service from FNB 52A Polokwane branch consultants

I got one of the worst service at FNB 52A Thabo Mbeki Street in Polokwane. Consultants are very rude. I got to the branch at 9:10 to open a State account and they are people who came after me and they are helped because they know the consultants. We were told at 12:15 that they will be closing and we must come back on Monday and when we asked the question they told us that is Chaile time and they is nothing they can do. Just image been there from 09:10 in the morning hoping you will get help but after 3 hours waiting inside the bank you are been told they are knocking off and you must go home and come on Monday. That’s pathetic and I will be cancelling all the accounts I have with FNB so that I go to other banks that have good customer service.
