Pathetic Service from FNB

I am new to FNB and I already seem to be wondering if I made the right decision in joining. I am completely disgusted at the terrible service that I have received. I sent a query on your website LAST WEEK SUNDAY 31 May, an inefficient agent called me 3 days later and I asked him to respond to me by email which he did not do, I then logged a complaint on your website on 4 June, 5 days later I'm still waiting for a response to my complaint. Can someone senior take me seriously and respond to me?
