Pathetic Service from FNB.
FNB has given instruction to discovery to make my discovery credit inactive which is linked to my FNB account profile When I enquired in the bank I was told that it has been done to prevent *****. I am not sure if FNB suspects I am doing ***** or if they feel that I can be the victim of *****. In any event, I sincerely believe FNB should have consulted me before doing anything with my cards. I am facing lot of inconvenience due to this. This is pathetic from FNB. Finally when I could speak to the FNB consultant on phone, I has told to send an email to unblock it. I do not understand what has reducing the limit got to do with blocking the card. Seriously thinking of moving out of FNB.
