pathetic service from FNB

I have app**** for a temp loan and it was approved however i got a message stating cant be processed due validation issue. i sent my payslip to ***, i have not received any respond- fnb has the worst customer service.i called fnb but i was transferred to a different department with no assistance- i have been with fnb for more than 20 years-i am definately changing banks-worst company
