I have never such pathetic service in my whole life ,imagine waiting two months and calling daily with no help

I just spoke to lucia mathola

Fnb premier seeds -that gave me the worst service I have ever received

Imagine I already frustrated to get such useless people on the phone telling me she is working from home, how do you even speak to a client like that ,she never even looked into my complaint

My complaint has been raised numerous times just to find someone is still telling me they cannot help me

Put me on hold for a long time ,and comes back and still cant help me

Fnb you are pathetic and so Is the agents working for you

Today is my last day at work after waiting close to two months for a delivery of my card

Numerous times I called my call with taken without a banking app ,now today your agent tells me she cant help me I would how I have so many reference numbers if I did not call in
