Pathetic service from FNB

Dealing with FNB is an absolute nightmare , you call the call center for help and no one knows what they doing they either just cut the call on you or keep transferring you from one department to the next 3 hours later you still getting transferred and no one is willing to help you at all... they all very lost, I paid up my revolving facility and I need it closed , a paid up letter and for it to be removed from my app. no one knows what they doing so frustrating to receive such pathetic service as an FNB client...im Definity moving banks I cannot continue with such horrible service, I have been calling FNB from Thursday last week and till now received no assistance. how can I close my revolving loan and get a paid up letter.
