Pathetic service from FNB

My 76yr old mother went into FNB today to enquire on the insurance on her home. She spent 3hrs at FNB Trade Route. The consultant there contacted the call centre.The call centre gave her the run around and kept transfering her to different people and each person reported differently to her resulting in nobody assisting her. It is really unacceptable for senior citizen to have spent so many hours in vain. I honestly thought that FNB is efficient but they are clearly not.
