Pathetic service from ebucks department as usual

The ebucks departments Service is absolutely pathetic. ****** of my ebucks for the second time. Ebucks makes you jump through hoops to get to level 5 yet have a system that cannot even track correctly when you do reach the level. Trying to dispute it is like hitting your head against a brick wall.. Agents and Team leader could care less and they don't even get back to you on inquiries logged. Logging them is pointless anyway so I guess it makes sense as the agents themselves don't even know how the tracker works.. So terribly painful dealing with FNB, no matter what they always have some excuse and are completely unhelpful.
