Pathetic service from a private banker that’s clearly NON EXISTENT!

Hi, I’m a private wealth client who had access to my private banker regularly. He called back, responded to emails and was super efficient. Since Chris left in 2019, I have had almost no communication from my private banker. I get emails giving me names and contact numbers, when I call, they never answer. Neither does she reply to emails. I find it absolutely disgusting that the bank charges for this account is taken monthly as expected, yet the service that’s supposed to be provided doesn’t exist. Please advise my private banker that she is absolutely useless. If she’s doing this to me and it’s so difficult to get a hike of her, nor does she answer or respond to emails, I can’t imagine how many others she’s doing the same to. Such a waste of time having a private wealth account.
