Pathetic service for opening a new account.

I am a Private Client at First National Bank. Let me assure you, THIS MEANS NOTHING BEING A "PRIVATE CLIENT" On 11 June 2021, I went to the First National Bank in Eldoraigne to open an account for my son. I omitted to take my identity document with me, the lady at the bank still assisted me, I filled in the necessary documentation (co-habitant form) submitted my utility bill and my son's birth certificate. I was given an email address to send a colour copy of my id to ***. I did so on June 15. I was assured that the account will be open and active by the end of the week. The following week 21 June, the account was still frozen. I then contacted Private clients suite and I was assured that the account will be open and active. On 24 June I made a deposit into the account. The courier came to my house on 3 July and I wrote at the back om my utility bill that my son, with his full names and id number resides at this address. I got the card, and again the account was frozen when we tried to use the card. I went to the Eldoraigne branch again, to enquire what is happening with this account, and I was told that there are FICA documentation outstanding. AGAIN I filled in the necessary co-habitant form, and it was scanned onto system. Eventually the card worked! I then received an SMS to inform me that I did not give the necessary documentation to the couriers, and that I should email a copy to the couriers. I contacted the Couriers (number received on the SMS) and made it VERY clear that I will NOT send another copy. Never heard from them again. Today, my son wanted to use his card, and GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The account is FROZEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic service. What does one have to do to get an account open with FNB? Surely this was NOT my fault?
