Pathetic Service FNB Share Investing

I am a loyal FNB customer. I have been trying deal with Share Investing for the last three weeks, its an absolute nightmare, You speak to different people, who promise to call you back but never do, each time you phone you have to repeat everything that you mentioned to ten other people, you would think that you will deal with people of some standing dealing with such a crucial aspect of business. There is absolutely no urgency, no sense of responsibility, they are worse than the government departments, if you don't believe me contact FNB Share Investing. I would never think about complaining about FNB who are my bankers for 40 years but pathetic is pathetic, I realise things have changed, FNB Share Investing I could quite easily say operate like a circus. The service of Share Investing is unprofessional, poor and dragging down a good brand. I am going to write to Jacque Celliers to bring to his attention the circus being run at FNB Share Investing.
