PATHETIC SERVICE FNB SCRATCH AND DENT

I took out a scratch and dent policy with FNB. I called in to register a claim. I was told to photograph all scratches and after querying I was informed that the quote is R26000 and the limit is R3000. This is a **** to reject claims. They are now asking me to obtain a quote where it would be within the limit. Its impossible that slight scratches can accumulate to 26k and they tell me that I can not claim for these scratches again. Photos can be very deceiving.why doesn't FNB send someone to evaluate the scratches rather then rejecting and inflated quote
