Pathetic service FNB private banking

An absolute shocker of a service to new clients. I recently got approved for a private bank credit card on the banking app. The account shows with 0 balance and when I went to find out at the branch I was advised to call the card divison and that I did, only to be told that it cant be removed without the physical card when the branch told me I can still use it virtually. I contacted the private bank suite and that as well no response. There is no indication of the card on the app, there is no contact from the bank to show that the card is indeed approved and there no confirmation of when the card will be delivered. This is an absolute shocker.
