Pathetic service - FNB Personal Loans

Once again I am having to try and get someone who understands my query to reply - I am not sure how staff employed at FNB Personal Loans get their jobs....

I have a query about an incorrect transaction on 22 July and just received a reply to say that this is already sorted out as the refund was done in March - S E R I O U S L Y!!!!!!!!

I literally give up! This is actually a student loan and not even a personal loan but that is a whole different issue..................
