Pathetic service FNB

I really really don't know what to do anymore after thinking FNB resolved my problem.wrt me battling since 11 March 2025 to transfer a huge amount of money to my absa account because of higher interest rates offered by absa.It was paid back into my fnb fusion account after I reported it n Hellopeter and I was told to do the transaction again which I did on the 13th.It is still not in my Absa account and also not in my fnb fusion account as it shows paid over to my Absa account so where s the money.I was at Brackenfell branch this morning who phoned FNB head office and they said I must first be verified which they did.I was then told it would reflect in absa account within one hour.I was also phoned again by a lady which asked me numerous questions and said it would be paid in now.Its 3 hours later.NOTHINGI am really disgusted with this service because it's 7 days now that my money is gloating somewhere within FNB and someone else is earning interest on that money.If this is done with other customers as well then it is ***** and must surely be investigated.So what now.
