Pathetic service FNB

I asked for money to be payed from my fnb fusion account to.my absa account and the money was taken out on the 11th but still does not reflect in my absa account.A lady phoned me a few hours ago from the fnb payment clearing division and said there was an error I must do it again and I asked het how I must fo it as the money is not reflecting in my account anymore.She said it will.It still is not reflecting.I think this is pathetic service and advice from fnb.Can anybody tell advise me what to fo.please.
