PATHETIC SERVICE FNB CARD

I have app**** for a credit with FNB and according to their app, it has been approved however I am constantly asked for documentation since but nothing has been done. When you call the call center, they advise you that a card has been sent to the branch of which the branch has no knowledge off.

It is impossible to speak to anyone that actually has a knowledge of what is going on.

I just would like to know if the card is actually going to be approved or declined and move on.
