Pathetic service FNB

I am absolutely disappointed in the level of service i received from fnb. Im not sure if the consultant that i spoke to was the problem or fnb actual system. I called in to ask 1 simple question and to date still waiting for a response. The bank charges are ridiculous and i want to know where my money went. The app is useless it doesn't give any updates or show exactly how money was debited unless there is money and it happens structurally. In my case it was a bad month and money came. In dribs and drabs debits were not paid on some dates and paid on other dates the bank charges don't make any sense and the consultant was not at all helpful. Going through my transaction history will not help me find the missing money FNB, I ALREADY DID THAT BEFORE CALLING YOU. i asked to speak to someone else i was told to call back. Imagine its airtime that i cant actually afford i must call back go through a whole verification process and for what. I asked to speak to a supervisor i was told they in a meeting. I asked for a call back and i am still waiting.
