Pathetic service FNB!

What pathetic service i received from precious today. 28 june at 7:15 am! I used the chat system and fnb is welcome to go read the transcript. Please do as ur support assistant service is down the drain. I asked her to mail the pricing guide as i was charged like 85 rand for a non fnb at withdrawal so i just wanted to check if i was charged correct and compare to the pricing guide.I dont want to hear its on the site when im busy with her she says she cant send because her connection is slow? Is that my fault? Maybe fnb should. use more money to get faster internet. No chance for me to respond and just cuts off the conversation. Bull**** service.
