Pathetic Service

I have a suspicious transaction of R329 on my account saying that i bought 3 items on the 29th of Sep 2025 which i am not aware of, I called their ***** department the answer i got from a consultant is i have an overdraft which i am unaware of, after that i am told is bank charges......what a joke and i am very disappointed.
