PATHETIC SERVICE

Most Pathetic Service I have ever received in my entire life. I cannot understand how a business can be run like this I have been trying to get my account activated for business banking for the last 6 months and I have sent every document they need. I call twice every week and all you get is I will escalate it. I would never recommend them to anyone as this is disgraceful service
