Pathetic service

This bank is useless, the consultants know nothing or they just don't want to help. Getting a settlement amount for a credit card takes one three days with no help in sight. They are just happy to be deducting money for the debt that they don't even want one to settle it. I am so disgusted at their service!!!!!
