Pathetic service

First National Bank is not worthy to be called a bank! Why not call it a tuckshop because they offer ridiculous service. Their service is very bad, infact pathetic! I've been with this Bank for 10 years and this is the level of service I get? Especially from Nelisa Sikhondo the investigator. This girl first told me that they received a call that my company received funds on the 19th October 2022 that weren't meant to be paid into my account and by that call they hold all the funds that were both in my business and personal account so she needs proof of payment and a affidavit which I sent her and she never rep****. When my lawyer called her yesterday she is now saying no the story has changed it was a tip off my question is how can someone hold the client's funds bassed on tip-off What is going on at FNB? This girl doesn't even reply to emails as my attorney requested the company details of the complainant and the proof that the funds were supposed to go to the complainant business account. I have to call the care department to get through to her, this girl is rude with a lot of attitude it's disgusting! I regret ever banking with FNB. This I will fight and I won't stop till I'm heard! I despise First National tuckshop. My employees did not get paid and my current projects are on hold due to this inconvenience
