Pathetic service - Error code: 152

Tries to settle Wesbank through FNB online banking and got an error code 01invalid To Product Number Error code: 152. Tired several options inline with the settlement quote and was still unable to do the payment. Used the online chat feature and the person intermittently answered me and eventually referred me to Wesbank. Called Wesbank and was referred back to FNB. Tried to send a message to my private banker and got another system error. Tried to call my banker on both office and cellphone, no answer. Called the call centre and found a helpful agent which was still unable top help and the call got cut. No call back or resolve. Pathetic service!
