Pathetic service

I habe been trying to get assistance for an account that i habe paid up for the past 2 days, i have called in and just get transferred then eventually the call gets dropped this is after holding for minutes on end at each transfer. Then i try on the app on secure chat and its the same story evwryone keeps transferring me around and around. Either your consultants don't know what the hell they doing or fnb has no clue either way it is such pathetic service
