Pathetic Service

I'm VERY disappointed in the service I get from FNB. I tried to phone a few numbers, I tried the secure chat, we've been emailing back and forth for assistance, but no success!!!!! You can leave you private service or private banker. You've never been this pathetic before!!!! Thank you
