Pathetic service

FNB has still not been in contact with me to sort out my issue that I logged regarding my old credit card debt from 2014 yet they have listed me for old debt and is causing problems as I cannot apply for anything, I got sms's and emails stating someone would contact me within 48 hours it's been a whole month now and nobody has even tried to reach out to me, I am very disappointed as I have been banking with FNB for years yet they don't take their customers seriously.
