Pathetic service

Absolutely the most unprofessional & unhelpful consultants that are rude & arrogant. The secured Chat line is a joke. There is no assistance whatsoever. Seems that FNB has dug around the bottom of the pit to employ those so called consultants that are obnoxious & arrogant. To think the online chat is designed to asssist individuals that are at work & cannot make time to walk into a branch is a joke.Will definitely be looking to transfer to another bank ASAP
