Pathetic service.

FNB branch @Scottburgh Mall south coast. Sent my dad who's 60 years and mum away after simply requesting for a 3months bank statement only because they didn't have their bank card but she had her ID. So now I have to get my brother to drive all the way from home to where my parents live and get the card then drive to scottburgh. At 2pm my parents have to submit their documents for their UIF at the department of labor. At 2pm they are closing aswell. Now FNB stuff is this realist to not assist someone cause they don't have their bank card???
