wow what a ****py service from KYC personal division, I've opened a youth account for my son in September, all required documents sent to IKCLOW AND kycfnb and resent again with no luck Its end of October and his account still has a hold on it and the department responsible doesn't respond to your emails and does not have a contact number where you can escalate too, the turn around time is 48 hours to which they do not comply too What pathetic service, never have I experienced such from FNB highly disappointed
