Pathetic Service - disappointing

I went to the Tygervalley Branch yesterday, to withdraw from my 32 day account. So I wait until a consultant becomes available and then I explain to her that I need to withdraw from my 32 day account. She makes a big deal about the fact that I will now pay a penalty. I explain to her that I am aware of the penalty and im ok to pay it knowing that I haven't provided adequate notice for the withdrawal of my money. <br> <br> I ask her what the penalty is and she replies \its very high'' so im thinking R2k (which I was also ok with).
