Pathetic service delivery, no responses for weeks

Your fnb legal plan is the worst plan I've ever had in my life, this is another complaint I complain each month and from today will complain daily on several platforms to make your life a living hell as uve made mine, the person handling my claim doesn't call back or even email me, sick and tired of all this ******* u should be ashamed!
