Pathetic service, delivery and accountability by FNB and all representatives of FNB

Good evening, I'm not sure how to give a 0 rating hence I gave 1 star rating. My problem continues from December 2021 when lodged a complaint on Hello Peter. I was contacted immediately by FNB and the next day by Marcel Ferguson from FNB and was promised the world of convenience. However fast forward to the 6 of January 2021 I cannot get ahold of him to assist as per the conversation we had last year. I have been up until this evening and nothing. The other issue I have is with the incompetence of the FNB Team, all I asked for was my account number and settlement amount for my Revolving loan in order to settle the account but no one can help, every person I have spoken to promised me an email from the 5th of Jan but nothing as yet. This baffles me, that in a time where people cannot afford to meet with debt payments, people are evading FNB and been handed over to debt collectors, here I am willing to give them their money and settle the accounts but nothing. Pathetic service, delivery and accountability. I cannot wait to pay this off so I can leave them for good
