Pathetic Service Delivery

I have app**** for a credit card limit increase on my FNB Credit Card twice in the last month, and both times it was declined due to an ITC listing from Standard Bank. I was listed incorrectly on ITC, but I have since obtained an apology letter from Standard Bank apologising for listing me incorrectly as they didn’t follow procedure and listed me unfairly for an amount of R39.62

I have however, tried again to ask FNB for a credit limit (forwarding my apology letter, the statement from Standard Bank, and a copy of my TransUnion report) to convince FNB that my credit worthiness is in good standing. I have even asked for this to be escalated, and now after a week or not hearing anything from the credit department, I am going to assume that it was declined yet again ?

Please can you explain me to why I have been declined. Surely your credit department can make a judgement call.
