Pathetic service

I have been battling to get hold of the credit card dept via phone and email.... to apply for credit insurance on my credit card....sent numerous emails to numerous email addresses too BUT TO NO AVAIL....can't find an email address to send request iro covid 19 relief as my husband received lay off letter......I understand that they might be under pressure HOWEVER the banks should put more people on these emails ......we are already extremely stressed out being jobless with bonds and all other debt that not getting hold of anyone makes it even worse...pathetic response from FNB...actually NO response!!!!
