Pathetic Service

I have charges constantly on my account,I reached out to a consultant on the app and the consultant was absolutely disgusting and rude and condescending.I had money deposited on my account and have been watching the transactions again I have a R47 charge,This is happening a few times now.I tally the amounts and count and the suddenly im told that I dont have money and I must check before I pay.Is this the way to treat customers!
