Pathetic service

I went to fnb maponya on Thursday 22/08/2024 to submit a letter of authority for my dad's account who passed on last year.i wanted to access the money in his account as I need it urgently. A form was signed n submitted.. no one said anything about the time frame and all..its just quiet nje..now I'm trying to make a follow up n I'm told I have to come through to the branch cz they can't access the account when I'm not there.im at work also like.i took a day off last week to submit this.im really not happy at all .no ref number nothing was given to me..not even sure if that form was sent through
