Pathetic service

I have an issue with my money vanishing Called the call center and they couldn't assist called twice and ran out if airtime but they didn't bother to call me back.

Have been on secure chat over an hour and they keep transferring me to another person that can't help the Unathi lady who chatted with me kast on secure chat didn't even try to figure the problem out

And I still have ebucjs issues that's been pending fir months. The service at fnb has gone to the dogs.

I made an online purchase last night using the virtual card the merchant hasn't received the funds yet they were debited from my account and yet do not reflect on yesterday's transactions or pending transactions But got an incontact message and decreased balance
