Pathetic service.
Last Month they approved private client credit card for me and now I would like upgrade my fusion gold account to Premier fusion and they keep declining my application by saying that you are not qualified. I am very disappointed with this because if FNB can give me private clients credit card they must give me Premier fusion. Because Private clients category if more higher than the Premier fusion. Really pathetic service and very very unprofessional.
