Pathetic service

I am disgusted by the service FNB offers their clients. I am paying for a private banker that has no value or assistance to me. I have credit cards against my name which I don't even own. I can't access my statements. I have to hold for 15min only to have the call dropped on me. World class service!!!!!!!
