Pathetic service

Your team in the call center and on the app have been messing myself and my husband around. Simple requests but constantly getting pushed from pillar to post. The staff keep giving incorrect and conflicting information. My husband has even gone in to the bank, about 5 times now. Still unresolved. Disgusting. And that is how you treat your Premier bankers....Would hate to know how you treat the lower plans. Call me please? I've been a client for 11 years. I've brought on many new clients. I'd be happy to make a move and take everyone else with me.
