PATHETIC SERVICE

I have never received such sub par service from your *****/Investigation department in my life before. Constantly being put through to departments that have no authority to help, NEVER able to speak to Theunis Els my investigator, Calls dropped after waiting 20+ minutes, promises of refunds within 48 hours and still nothing and yet when I call NO-ONE is able to help. Instead it is just a run around and starting the process over and over and over. Pathetic.
