Pathetic service

I called on 2 occasions not to long ago trying to get hold of the credit department, I was hanging in for more than 7 min on both occasions for someone to assist me. Well... Is this the kind of service you provide? Letting customers wait for more than 5 min to be assisted by someone? I don't have the banking app never did so calling in is the only option since I don't have the time to go into the bank... 7 min? It's ridiculous! I still didn't get assistance and ran out of airtime. I would give you no starts if I was able to! Your service sucks
