Pathetic service

I am disgusted at fnb ... I have been a client with you guys for so long and this is the treatment I get I'm calling customer care the stupid voice recording sending me different places when someone answers I immediately get sent elsewhere I want assistance asap or I'm closing my accounts ... I want to change the address on my baby's account statement as url are *********** I asked so many times to do so and nothing happened. I want to downgrade from my premier account
