Pathetic service - complaint still unresolved a Month Later

A month later, I am Back here complaining about this ridiculous bank. My query is still not resolved. I just want my ITC information updated and my credit card to be removed there since I paid it over 6months ago. To this day, pillar to post. Guys, wow, just wow. Pathetic service does not begin to express my dissatisfaction. Now been holding on the line since 8am and no one is picking up your collections/legal department. Pathetic, just pathetic.
