Pathetic service cannot provide backdated banking statements in my language.

Absolutely pathetic. I need 6 months bank statements in English yet I can only download it in Afrikaans. No help at branches and phoning for help doesn't help either they can't resolve or comprehend the issue. This is the only thing holding up my visa application after money already spend and countless hours put in. In a time like this to say that a bank cannot provide you with banking statements in your language of choice is in no other form pathetic. No one seems to have answers no one to provide direction or guidance
