Pathetic service

I app**** for a revolving loan, only for the revolving facility to be added on my account, I have been trying to get it activated since the 16th March till to date, I have spent hours on the phone for days trying to get it resolved. I have been transferred from one department to another more than 100 times still no assistance. The last consultant I spoke to, was the worse of them all. She had no desire to help, rude even and topped it up by hanging up.

More than 3 weeks has passed and no assistance, your staff know nothing about the product and they are rude even, I do not know why you introduce products that you can not offer support and assistance to.. Beyond frustrated and disappointed about the service. From all you departments, Very annoyed at this moment
