Pathetic service

Had a temp loan settled in full in Nov 2022. Up to date it still reflects on Experian as in arrears. Been to FNB multiple times to get this off my credit score. Everytime they tell me to wait 7 - 21 working days. It has been almost a year struggling to get this cleared and I am being declined for finance and credit everywhere because of it still showing at credit bereau. I am sick of FNB's empty promises and my life being put on hold because of their incompetence. Experian says that the instruction must come from my bank. Extremely unhappy with this pathetic so called service.
