Pathetic service

Despite a call and a letter to me stating that this has been corrected, it has NOT been rectified. I am still getting sms and calls stating that I'm in the arrears. they just reversed the payment and put it back as a credit adjustment. It looks as though nobody knows what they are doing. This is really pathetic...
