Pathetic Service

Have been trying to get assistance with the sale of our house after my husband passed away with no success. Sent emails to Charlene Winnaar, Vangoke Nhlapo and Abdullah Desai, all 3 read my email but no one has the decency to even reply. It seems like no one knows what is happening in the Bank or they simply do not care. I am beyond frustrated now!!
